Our menu range is vast, it's much more than you can ever imagine! Today I'm going to introduce one of the Chef's special menu "Eggplant with Miso". After repeated trial and error, this special vegetarian menu was created. Let's have a glance at how it is cooked.
Even before the shop opens, chefs do the preparation. Everyday we lay fresh juicy eggplant and cut them into the half-moon shape. When your order is in, they are lightly deep-fried and grilled with torch. And the secret of this menu is the special homemade Miso(soy-bean paste) sauce! Our Chefs make original sweet sauce at our shop.
To deep-fry and grill gives good crunchiness to the outside of eggplant but it still doesn't lose the juice inside. And it matches perfectly with the Miso sauce in your mouth. Hhm, now I feel like having one... :)
It is especially popular among ladies. Whether you are a vegetarian or not, it is worth trying.
