My Favorite Dessert Chocolate Fondant

The gloomy days are over! Although we still have some showers, sunshine state is back!! It's been quite hot and we are sorry that our air-conditioning didn't work very well earlier this week. It's fixed now :)

So, it's February 9th today and Valentine's day is approaching. Do you know that it's a kind of chocolate day in Japan? Girls give chocolates to the boys they like. All the department stores have special section selling chocolates for this time of the year and they're packed with girls who are after the ultimate sweets for their guys. Believe me, it's true!

So today, I'll introduce our chocolate dessert for Valentine's day. The Chocolate fondant looks just an ordinary chocolate cake but it's not. When you cut into the cake with your spoon, chocolate sauce runs out from the middle. Even after having all the sushi, you'll be dying to eat it when you see it.

Hhm, now I thought why didn't I take that photo? Well, next time I'll post it again! So, it's best when it's heated up. Please ask our staff ;)
